Shuwen Yu

Shuwen is qualified in New York, and England & Wales. She specialises in corporate finance which involves mergers and acquisitions, global initial public offerings, secondary fundraisings, and general corporate governance.

She has around four years’ experience in corporate and commercial work and advises clients on general corporate legal advice. Before She joined DAC Beachcroft, she practised in Hong Kong for several years, and has particular expertise in securities offerings, including U.S. SEC Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings.

  • VSA Capital Limited and Canaccord Genuity Limited as joint bookrunners in connection with the £29 million placing and open offer of Invinity Energy Systems
  • Canaccord Genuity Limited as sole bookrunner in connection with the £4.2 million AQSE IPO of All Things Considered Group plc
