Ronan McLoughlin

Ronan has over 25 years’ experience in all aspects of property law both commercial and residential. Ronan has acted across all sectors and is very attuned to client’s business needs and how they tie into their property requirements from an both a day to day operational business perspective and investment perspective.

He is very familiar with advising clients on their property management requirements from a business and  strategic perspective. Ronan has been the lead partner on advising a retail and investment bank, an international insurance company, financial services companies, restaurants and multinational pharmaceutical companies on their day to day business related property needs.

Relevant experience includes:

• Advising a retail and investment bank, an international insurance company, financial services companies, restaurants and multinational pharmaceutical companies on their day to day business related property needs.
• Acting for owner-occupiers, and advised the tenant, an international TV and broadband operator, in what was then one of the biggest letting in the history of the State. This in addition to having also acted for the vendors in what was also at the time the highest value property transaction ever in the State.
• Extensive knowledge acting for the State body responsible for inward / foreign direct investment into the State in leasing and disposing off property interests to multinational and large scale occupiers of all types of property across all sectors.
