Peter Downey

Peter Downey has worked for NHS Trust clients since 1995 and the NHS LA since 1996.

He joined DAC Beachcroft, Leeds in 2009. He specialises in Defendant clinical negligence. He has particular expertise in high value claims, particularly birth injury claims and spinal injury claims, many of which have settled on a periodical payments basis.
