Paul Taylor

Paul is a Nominated Partner for NHS Resolution (formerly the NHS Litigation Authority), and has been involved in defending claims against the health service since 1995. He specialises in claims for catastrophic injury, including birth injury claims, spinal injuries and high value fatal accidents claims.

He also has considerable experience of representing hospital trusts in the Coroners Court, and has advised the health service on a range of issues including confidentiality and consent to treatment.
