Nick Garland

Nick is a corporate partner who specialises in providing high-level, strategic advice to the boards and senior management of companies. He also provides transactional advice on public and private M&A, joint ventures and equities issues.

Nick spent the first twenty years of his career at a magic circle firm and the last ten as a partner in their corporate department. He has advised on deals comprising many billions in value, winning multiple industry awards, and involving jurisdictions on all continents of the globe.

He has a global footprint, having been based in the Middle East, Asia and Russia, in addition to his main base of London.

Nick works across multiple sectors (including retail, energy, tech, FIG and infrastructure). Clients he has worked with include Home Retail Group, Twitter, Travelex, United Biscuits, BP and Just Eat among others.
