Neil Rowe

Neil is the team leader and supervising partner for DAC Beachcroft’s clinical risk team in Newcastle, and a CNST Nominated Partner for NHS Resolution (formerly the NHS Litigation Authority).

He has over 20 years’ experience defending clinical negligence claims on behalf of a range of healthcare clients, including NHS Resolution (formerly the NHS Litigation Authority) since its inception in 1995, NHS Trusts, the Medical Defence Union, Spire, BUPA, Nuffield, and med mal insurers, in particular Allied World.

Neil has particular expertise in defending multi-million pound catastrophic injury and brain damage claims, including advising on periodical payments, indexation and indemnities. He has extensive experience of "group litigation" and product liability claims in relation to medical devices, such as breast implants, hip prostheses, and mesh.
