Martin specialises in resolving high profile disputes in the financial services sector. He has 17 years’ experience helping clients to resolve complex, business-critical disputes through litigation, arbitration and mediation. He also advises on FCA investigations and enforcement action and helps corporate clients with sensitive internal investigations.
