Kristina Lancaster

Kristina has been working in criminal defence for 10 years.  She has extensive experience in representing client’s through all stages of criminal proceedings from police investigation to Magistrates and Crown Court proceedings. 

Kristina has dealt with criminal offences of varying severity from low level theft to the most serious offences where the maximum sentence is life imprisonment including Manslaughter and Misconduct in Public Office.

Kristina is a qualified Duty Solicitor based in our Leeds office and acts for clients in relation to criminal investigations/prosecutions, regulatory matters and inquests. 

As part of the national Criminal Motor Defence team Kristina represents drivers for matters ranging from Careless Driving to Causing Death by Dangerous Driving.  Kristina also has experience of representing individuals and companies in relation to health and safety offences.

Kristina also regularly represents members of the Police Federation of England & Wales when facing both on and off duty criminal allegations and career threatening allegations of Gross Misconduct.  Kristina is also highly experienced at advising Police Officers during Post Incident Procedures.
