Kelly Kayser

Kelly specialises in all types of asset management work acting on behalf of major Landlord clients on property management work and lettings of shopping centres as well as corporate acquisitions and disposals.

Kelly has previously held in-house roles at Lendlease and Landsec.  While at Lendlease, Kelly lead the overall property due diligence to deliver the sale of Lendlease’s interest in Bluewater to Landsec for approximately £696 million in June 2014.  Kelly’s in-house experience means that she has a genuine understanding of clients’ commercial and service delivery requirements.
