Kai von Pahlen

Kai specialises in dispute resolution, both domestic and cross-border. He is a member of our Construction Team, International Arbitration Group and German Desk.

Kai is experienced in both court and arbitration proceedings. He has acted for the contractor in Simply vs Abbey (currently in the Supreme Court) and serves on the committee of CIArb Western Counties.

Kai is recognised by both Chambers and the Legal 500 for his legal work:
