Jamie Russell

Jamie specialises in construction and engineering dispute resolution.

Jamie has over 9 years' experience working for London market insurers and their insureds, defending claims against construction and engineering professionals. During this time Jamie completed two secondments with leading professional indemnity insurers. She is also regularly instructed to provide policy coverage advice to insurers across a diverse range of coverage issues. 

Jamie acts on behalf of private clients on disputes arising out of complex construction and engineering appointments, as well as contractors and consultants, such as architects, quantity surveyors, engineers and project managers.  

Jamie is experienced in managing court and adjudication proceedings as well as many forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

Jamie is also a committee member of Mentoring the Market, a joint initiative between DACB and Markel International, which is a mentoring programme for claims professionals.
