Helen Wills

Helen specialises in commercial property work, acting for landlords and tenants in a wide range of property and leasing transactions, including management, acquisitions and disposals of office, warehouse and retail premises.

She has experience acting for large corporations, including national retailers as well as small and medium enterprises and individual property investors.

In addition, Helen has been involved in acquisition of sites for retail development by way of freehold acquisitions and agreements for lease. She has also worked on acquisitions and disposals of licensed premises on behalf of national chains.

Helen regularly undertakes property management work and letting of shopping centres.
