Hannah Gregory

Hannah Gregory is a commercial litigation lawyer based in our Bristol office. She specialises in the financial services sector.

She has extensive experience defending claims brought against a wide range of financial services professionals, including financial advisers, wealth management firms, accountants and pension professionals. Hannah regularly defends financial services claims on behalf of London Market Insurers.

Her experience includes defending a variety of matters taken to litigation, or referred to the FOS, as well as advising on jurisdictional and FSCS matters.

Hannah's financial services litigation experience includes acting in the defence of a £12m claim brought against a number of IFAs and insurers arising from the collapse of Keydata.

She has also acted in connection with significant claims brought against a leading wealth management firm and its advisers connected with film finance and other tax schemes.

Hannah qualified in 2008 and joined DAC Beachcroft in 2010.
