Gemma Leonard

Gemma specialises in private and affordable residential development, as well as mixed use and commercial property development. 

She advises a significant number of house builders, including Linden Homes, Crest Nicholson and Mount Anvil, on all aspects of land acquisition and development including site assembly acquisitions, option agreements and conditional contracts, overage, affordable and key worker housing as well as joint ventures, promotion and collaboration agreements.

Gemma works closely with her clients and understands their commercial drivers and commitments.

She joined the firm as a trainee in 2003, and qualified in 2005. She was promoted to associate in 2011.
