Dawn McIntosh

Dawn advises and assists private medical malpractice Insurers, brokers, adjusters, household name private hospital chains, and some of the most highly regarded doctors and surgeons undertaking private medical work. She deals with clinicians working in a variety of settings to include hospitals, prisons, care homes, walk-in-centres etc. She also advises insurers and assists local lawyers internationally with their clinical negligence claims. She is account manager and provides TPA for the UK's largest independent providers of health and social care.

Dawn also has significant experience of dealing with clinical negligence claims on behalf of NHS Resolution and Trusts across the North East. The majority of Dawn's work involves defending complicated and high value maximum severity clinical injury claims, including obstetric, neonatology, paediatric and spinal injury.
