Charlotte specialises in all areas of planning law with a focus on development work involving residential, commercial and mixed use schemes.

She has acted both for developers and local authorities, initially in New Zealand and since 2019 in the UK. This includes UK House-builders, consortiums, NHS Trusts, Investment Funds, and other developers.

Relevant experience includes advising clients on:

• Planning obligations and affordable housing including First Homes;
• Community Infrastructure Levy;
• Planning enforcement;
