Ceri specialises in financial services regulation.

She has over 15 years’ experience advising clients across a range of sectors including life and general insurers, financial intermediaries, wealth managers, brokers, banks, and other financial institutions.

Ceri’s areas of expertise include conduct of business regulation (covering investments and insurance), perimeter issues, payment services, money laundering, financial promotions, consumer credit, TCF and unfair terms in consumer contracts.

She regularly advises on transactions in the regulated sector, including change of control issues and outsourcing arrangements. She also advises on new authorisations and perimeter issues over whether authorisation is required.
