Adrian specialises in commercial real estate transactions.

He has over 25 years’ experience advising clients across a range of sectors including retail, office and industrial. His key clients include Intu Properties and Landsec and he acts as the Client Relationship Partner for Pets at Home.

Adrian has particular expertise in landlord and tenant (including complex turnover linked rents), development & investments sales and purchases.

Relevant experience includes:

• Advising a major UK delivery company in connection with a complex conditional agreement for the development and letting of a circa 850,000 square foot warehouse and distribution facility.
• Leading the DAC Beachcroft team dealing with lettings and asset management at Intu Derby, including the sale of a long leasehold interest in the former BHS to Sports Direct, the development of a new leisure box and dealing with a certificate of title relating to the occupational leases in connection with the sale of a 50% interest in the centre to Cale Street Investments.
• Acting for Landsec on the letting to Decathlon of a prominent store at the corner of the Trinity Leeds scheme in accordance with a tight timetable dictated by the need to deliver the unit to the occupier’s pipeline.
• Acting for Pets at Home in connection with its property portfolio, including the extension to a specialist veterinary hospital by way of surrender of the existing lease and grant of a new lease of the extended site.
