Adam Speake

Adam is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation team in London. He has a wide-ranging commercial practice with experience handling breach of contract claims, banking and finance disputes, and regulatory matters.

Adam has a particular interest in banking and financial services and he has advised clients on authorised push payment scams, market abuse and various breaches of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Handbook. He has represented regulated entities faced with action taken by the FCA and regularly deals with the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Adam’s experience also includes dealing with claims in the Chancery Division and the Queen’s Bench Division of the High Court, and advising on matters involving multi-jurisdictional disputes. 

Adam joined DAC Beachcroft in November 2021, having previously worked at Boodle Hatfield, where he gained a broad range of experience handling both commercial and property disputes.
