International law firm DAC Beachcroft LLP is pleased to have been named as one of a select band of Best Legal Advisors 2018 by leading legal magazine Legal Week for a third consecutive year.
The firm achieved category-leading satisfaction scores this year for commercial approach, service delivery, quality of legal advice, communication & responsiveness and overall relationships.
DAC Beachcroft achieved an overall score of 4.2 across a range of categories, ahead of a number of its direct competitors. Other firms named as Best Legal Advisers this year include Allen & Overy, Clyde & Co, Pinsent Masons, Clifford Chance, DLA Piper and Kennedys.
The Best Legal Advisors annual report derives from a client satisfaction survey carried out by Legal Week. The survey examines the service delivery of more than 20 of the UK's leading law firms by analysing the views of more than 800 global general counsel, senior in-house counsel and others responsible for commissioning legal services and scoring firms on a scale of 1 (not satisfied) to 5 (very satisfied).
The report described DAC Beachcroft’s satisfaction scores this year as "highly competitive compared to competing firms across most categories, especially for innovation, fee arrangements, billing practice/transparency and partner-level contact."
It also reports that DAC Beachcroft "exceeds expectations with partner-level contact [and] provides high satisfaction for value added services." It adds: "Billing practice/transparency meets client expectations. In other words, the firm is doing the ‘right’ thing in this area."
Commenting on the results, DAC Beachcroft Managing Partner, David Pollitt, said: "We are very pleased with these results, which pay testament to the high standard of service we provide to our clients. This is the third consecutive year in which we have been named a Best Legal Advisor and our performance in the survey has improved each time."
He added: "Throughout our entire business, our principal aim is to help our clients succeed and we achieve that through hard work and a combination of commerciality, service delivery, responsiveness and quality of advice. To have our clients rate us so highly is a real endorsement of our approach."
