International law firm DAC Beachcroft has been reappointed by McDonald's UK, to advise on its employment law matters.
The reappointment sees DAC Beachcroft's market-leading Employment & Pensions Group continue its advisory relationship for McDonald's UK, which began in 2007. The firm will handle the full range of employment legal work.
McDonald's has more than 1,200 restaurants in the UK, operated by the company and its franchisees. As a System, McDonalds employs over 115,000 people in the UK.
This is the latest significant achievement by DAC Beachcroft's Employment & Pensions Group. Described by leading legal guide Chambers and Partner UK as 'a highly responsive team providing good practical advice', it combines the highest quality of technical advice, a deep investment in personal relationships and an effective use of technology. During 2016, the Leeds team won the Employment Law Award at the Yorkshire Legal Awards while its Manchester counterpart received the same accolade at the Manchester Legal Awards.
Louise Bloomfield, DAC Beachcroft's Client Relationship Partner for McDonald's UK, commented: "We are proud of our long association with McDonald's UK and are delighted to have been selected to continue our association."
