International law firm DAC Beachcroft is delighted to have been reappointed to the legal panel of QBE European Operations, a subsidiary of one of the world's top 20 insurance and reinsurance companies.
DAC Beachcroft will be acting for QBE's customers in England, Wales and Scotland, to advise on a range of claims including professional risk, D&O, medical malpractice, property recoveries, catastrophic injury, fraud and those relating to the international insurance market. DAC Beachcroft is one of eight firms on the new legal panel.
Helen Faulkner, Head of Insurance at DAC Beachcroft, commented: "This is a very significant appointment for our national and global insurance teams. We're thrilled that the quality of our work for QBE over the last six years and the strong relationships we've built with its claims representatives have been endorsed by our reselection to its legal panel."
Commenting on the review, Alan Brownlee, Head of Claims Procurement for QBE European Operations, said: “We are confident that these appointments will allow us to further develop the strategic partnerships with our Panel that are critical in enabling us to deliver truly excellent service, innovation, outcomes and value to our customers in the years to come.”
