What we do

Our expert team defends claims made against insurance brokers arising from both commercial and personal lines business and covering a broad spectrum of risks, both domestic and international.

Many claims involve chains of brokers spanning multiple jurisdictions and we frequently advise on the respective liabilities between them, often in the context of contribution claims between producing and placing brokers. Our team also has experience of defending insurance brokers against claims alleging breach of binding authorities or of other underwriting agreements.
