Welcome to February’s edition of the Data and Cyber Bulletin with timely content from Hans Allnutt and our new-joiner and national security & cyber specialist, Tom Evans, on state-led cyber operations, along with Brett Randles’ interesting account of P4x’s retaliatory attack on North Korea’s internet.  We also summarise the recent decision in the case of Stadler v Currys Group, during which the High Court confirmed that it is not the appropriate forum for low-value data protection claims.
