Stop Press! New Financial Thresholds for Procurement Published

The European Commission has this week published a new communication amending the non-Euro national currency financial thresholds applicable to regulated procurement by the public sector and utilities (including concession contracts).
Exchange rate fluctuations mean that the Sterling equivalents have in fact increased.

The revised thresholds, which will apply from 1 January 2018, are:

The thresholds are updated every two years and so the above thresholds will remain fixed until 31 December 2019.
