Sharon McCaffrey leads the corporate and commercial team in DAC Beachcroft Dublin. The team includes associate Sarah Meehan who specialises in corporate transactions and commercial contracts.

• advising a leading Irish financial institution in connection with a significant corporate restructuring to include a domestic merger
• advising an Irish renewable energy group in connection with a significant equity fundraising
• advising a key telecommunications operator in connection with a number of fundraisings including a substantial strategic equity investment in its Irish holding company by a private investor
