We have represented insurers of solicitors in large City and international law firms, through to those in niche partnerships and sole practitioners. We have longstanding expertise in representing the Bar, including cases involving Queens Counsel and Judges. We also represent other legal professional such as Legal Executives and licensed conveyancers.

What we are known for

We have a large partner-led Legal PI team which has the flexibility to deal with the matters of the highest value and complexity, through to volume and lower value (even if equally complex) claims.

Our Legal PI service is complemented by our specialist professional indemnity claims handling service, offering outsourcing solutions to insurers and large self insureds, dealing with large volumes of professional risk claims, whilst offering innovative charging and claims handling models.

We have teams of professional indemnity lawyers in London, Bristol, Newport, Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle and Glasgow. When necessary we can call upon the expertise of our partner-led professional risk teams in our international offices in Chile, Colombia, Ireland, Mexico, Miami, New Zealand, Singapore and Spain, as well as those of associate firms we work regularly with in Brazil, Canada, Malaysia and other jurisdictions through our membership of the Harmonie Group of law firms. We also have a representative office in New York for access to North America.
