The subsidence team sits within the Claims Solutions Group cluster of DACB and is located across our Birmingham, Bristol and Newport Offices.

Claims which arise from property damage caused by subsidence are unlike those caused by another peril. They can be technically complex, unpredictable in duration, sporadic in number and expensive to conclude.

We have a team of dedicated team of over 15 specialist subsidence lawyers dedicated to handle all types of subsidence claim. The team has flexibility and capability to deal immediately with urgent issues and can assist during a claims surge period, such as that which has occurred in summer 2018.
