International law firm DAC Beachcroft's Claims Solutions Group (CSG) has today unveiled a new credit hire automation tool, called Nightingale, that will enable claims handlers to process credit hire claims up to an hour faster than with a manual process. It also assists with reducing avoidable litigation and improves indemnity savings.
Developed in association with Bridgetech Automotive, a leading provider of bespoke software and data analytics solutions, the Nightingale platform automatically processes incoming credit hire payment packs in GTA and non-GTA credit hire claims, analyses the data and delivers a final strategy position and recommended settlement offer for claims handlers to consider. The strategy will also include case law and evidence for any proposed reductions, acting as a training tool for handlers.
Emma Fuller, CSG partner who worked on the project, commented, "Inputting information from incoming credit hire payment packs has traditionally been highly manual and very time consuming. We're confident that Nightingale, with its intelligent automation and highly intuitive workflow, will transform how these packs are processed and analysed, reducing the process by under an hour per claim, and providing claims handlers with the information they need to settle credit hire claims confidently and quickly, reducing indemnity spend and avoidable litigation."
