Douglas Adlam has worked in personal injury including EL, PL, motor and industrial disease throughout his career along with some largely injury-based professional indemnity work.
Douglas has had successes in the Court of appeal including Matthews v Metal Improvement Company, Vicar of Spalding v Chubb Fire and was the only successful appellant in the Timmins v Gormley group of judicial bias cases. Douglas has extensive mediation and JSM experience with and without counsel, in addition to experience of early neutral evaluation.
Douglas qualified in 1995 and joined DAC Beachcroft in 2014.
