Our Litigation and Arbitration Experience

• Defending a Saudi Arabian company in an international ICC arbitration case against several Spanish construction companies, in relation to the breach of a contract for the provision of intermediation services.
  
  
• Defending a French company in an international arbitration CIAM on a claim filed by a Spanish construction company for the alleged defective work related to the construction of a biomass discharge system in two biomass plants.
  
  
• Defending a Spanish engineering company in a legal proceeding on a claim filed by an energy multinational in relation to the construction of several wind farms in the USA and Canada.
