Zoe qualified as solicitor in 1999 specialising in employment law. She advises private and public sector clients on all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment law including executive disputes, contracts, policies and severance terms, disciplinary and discrimination issues, and industrial action. Zoe has considerable experience in managing significant and highly sensitive TUPE transfers and large scale reorganisation and redundancy programmes in the public and private sector.
Zoe also regularly advises NHS Trusts in respect of performance concerns about doctors under Maintaining High Professional Standards in the Modern NHS.
She regularly delivers seminars to clients and to employer organisations on current employment law issues.
