Suki began her training contract with the firm in September 2006 and qualified into the Employment team in September 2008.
Suki handles both contentious and non-contentious work for public and private sector clients. Suki advises on a variety of employment law matters including disciplinary matters, grievances and termination of employment and has considerable experience of advising clients in relation to equal pay matters.
Suki has advised on a wide range of employment law matters which range from references, redundancy and discrimination. Suki also has experience of drafting and advising on complex employment contracts.
Suki also regularly delivers training and seminars to a variety of clients on a range of employment law issues including on disciplinary and capability matters.
