Sue Jenkins has advised major corporates since the 1990s, initially acting on a wide range of commercial disputes before specialising in complex employment litigation and strategic HR advice.
Throughout her career, Sue has been keenly interested in people development and has advised and trained clients widely on matters relating to equality, discrimination, diversity and inclusion.
In her role as Talent Partner, Sue now plays a key role in the design of the firm's Leadership Development Programme. She also leads the Firm's Diversity and Inclusion Group, acts as a mentor and coach, and she is the firm's Training Principal.
