Ruth Clacey-Roberts is an experienced employment lawyer in our Bristol office who specialises in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. She advises clients in both the public and private sectors.
She has significant experience in dealing with complex discrimination claims in the employment tribunal for NHS organisations, as well as private companies. Ruth also provides advice in relation to a significant range of employment law issues including reorganisations, changing terms and conditions, TUPE, disciplinary processes, managing sickness absence and grievances.
In addition, Ruth undertakes non-contentious work such as the drafting of employment policies and contracts, drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, and advising on and drafting indemnities and warranties in business purchase agreements.
Ruth frequently speaks at seminars and provides training to HR professionals on a diverse range of employment law subjects.
She qualified in 2007 and joined DAC Beachcroft in 2014.
