Rishi Solan

Rishi is a corporate lawyer in our London office. He has experience advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including M&A, private equity transactions, equity capital markets, as well as public company takeovers and IPOs, across a broad range of sectors including technology, healthcare/life sciences, mining, natural resources and medical cannabis.

As part of his capital markets practice, Rishi has acted (for both issuers and their nominated and advisors and brokers) on numerous UK and international flotations, reverse takeovers, placings and dual listings. He has also advised on IPOs on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market (premium and standard segments of the official list).

Rishi's experience includes:

• Several acquisitions and financings in the natural resources sector for issuers admitted to AIM and NEX
• Fundraising for a US-based mining company listed on the standard segment of the London Stock Exchange's Main Market
• Acting for a leading global insurer in connection with its acquisition of an internal communication agency
• Advising the general partner of a Russian private equity fund on the sale of its interest in a Formula One racing team
• Advising a US software company on its concurrent acquisition of two SaaS companies in the UK and Australia respectively
• Advising in relation to several medical marijuana projects

Rishi joined DAC Beachcroft in May 2017.
