Paul has over 28 years' experience of handling Personal Injury Claims for insurers.
Having qualified as a barrister in 1986, he then joined Willey Hargrave (predecessor firm of DAC Beachcroft) in 1988 and requalified a as a solicitor in 1990.
He specialises in maximum value brain and spinal injuries arising from motor, casualty and property risks. Having also spent 8 years (2000 -2008) handling claims for the National Health Service he has particular experience of claims involving children and complex medical and causation issues.
Paul co-authored the legal sections of the four UK Bodily Injury Awards Studies published by the ABI/IUA (1997-2007).
