Advising a university on the £70m development of a three site academic and residential scheme, delivered through a partnership with a private developer/provider, together with the subsequent £10m extension;
Advising the owner of a shopping centre on various unit lettings, together with the pre-let documentation for the proposed centre extension;
Advising a firm of solicitors on the lease of their new City of London HQ offices;
Advising a university on the securing of a 50 acre development site, through a complex option arrangement, including phase drawdown, price calculation, overage, clawback and development provisions;
Advising a financial institution on all asset management matters relating to their branch portfolio.
