Nick Knight has extensive experience in all aspects of residential development, having headed up the in-house legal department of Persimmon plc's southern region for 12 years prior to joining legacy firm Davies Arnold Cooper.
Whilst at Persimmon, he was responsible for a department that handled in excess of 2,500 new-build sales per annum across a wide range of residential and mixed developments. He also dealt personally with many of the company's largest acquisitions and disposals (including the acquisition and disposal of Point Pleasant, Wandsworth) as well as dealing with long term strategic option agreements, promotion agreements and collaborations with other developers.
At DAC Beachcroft, Nick handles major acquisitions, disposals, reversion sales, options and all other forms of development projects for national and regional house builders and developers. He also works on some of the largest regeneration projects and PRS schemes in the UK.
