Niamh is an experienced solicitor who has a broad range of experience gained in the Insurance and Financial Services sector.
Niamh qualified in a large Dublin law firm and has worked in the UK and Ireland, both in house and private practice. Also, she has also worked in the Regulation Department of the Law Society of Ireland, and ran her own practice for a number of years encompassing litigation, conveyancing and private client work. She returned to DAC Beachcroft in 2013 for whom she had previously worked in London.
Niamh acts for insurers in the area of professional liability and interpretation of policies. She also advises professional associations in the areas of regulation, regulatory change and professional practice. Niamh also represents clients in the healthcare sector on a wide range of issues.
Niamh has spoken widely on issues such as Law Reform Commission Insurance reform, and presented on a wide variety of topics to include emerging or legislative changes.
