Naomi Marshall

Naomi specialises in complex personal injury claims and has over 25 years’ experience advising clients across a range of sectors including motor, employer’s liability and public liability. She has additional expertise in policy coverage disputes and handling complex injury claims

Naomi acts as the volume motor injury account manager for a leading insurer, giving her a wide knowledge of motor injury work, from MOJ portal claims to low value Multi Track claims. Naomi has day to day responsibility for management of the team’s work, addressing any operational and technical issues and ensuring adherence to the client’s service level agreement. She is also responsible for delivery of value added services, including training, case clinics and ad hoc advice and works closely with the team and the client to ensure provision of a high quality service.

Naomi was recognised by Legal 500 as a Rising Star in 2019.
