Mary Mundy is a commercial health lawyer in our Leeds office. She specialises in procurement.
Mary's experience includes:
Advising a commissioner on a high profile procurement of innovative healthcare services to be delivered at scale and pace;
Advising a Foundation Trust on the procurement implications of establishing an Accountable Care Organisation;
Advising a number of Foundation Trusts on joint ventures for pathology services.
Mary often speaks at conferences and events on procurement. Mary supports clients in navigating their way through complex procurement issues.
She advises on all procurement procedures under the Public Contracts Regulations, and advises health commissioners on the application of the NHS (Procurement, Patient Choice and Competition) (No.2) Regulations 2013.
Mary joined DAC Beachcroft from DHL where she was Legal Counsel for NHS Supply Chain, advising the business on day-to-day and strategic procurement and commercial issues. Prior to that, Mary qualified from Eversheds and was also a Commercial Lawyer at Yorkshire Forward, where she delivered advice on some of the agency's most complex and high profile projects such as the Leeds Arena development and Finance Yorkshire.
