Marisol Lana

Marisol joined DAC Beachcroft in 2015 to join the Industrial Risk practice team in our Madrid office.

She specialises in insurance and reinsurance in sectors such as construction, engineering and energy, as well as in professional and environmental liability. She has a track record in claims and disputes management in all jurisdictional areas.

Marisol provides legal advice and acts for national and international insurance companies and regulatory bodies, including reviewing and updating policies and distribution arrangements to the national market.  She also has wide experience in Data Protection and Intellectual Property.

Marisol is a frequent speaker in seminars in Spain and UK and teaches postgraduate students at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE).
