Madeleine Rose

Maddie is an advocate in our specialist advocacy service, 8 DAC Beachcroft Buildings (8DB).

Maddie’s practice encompasses general civil litigation, including credit hire, RTAs, personal injury and property damage claims.  Maddie regularly conducts Small Claims Track trials where liability and/or quantum is in dispute, in addition to official injury claims and interlocutory hearings. Maddie accepts drafting and advisory instructions across all areas of her practice on an ad hoc basis.

Prior to joining 8DB, Maddie worked within the insurance industry for a number of years. She has extensive experience handling employers and public liability claims. Maddie also has substantial experience dealing with professional indemnity claims (involving architects, engineers, surveyors, accountants and property managers) and coverage disputes, in addition to legal expenses and landlord insurance claims at an international law firm.
