Kay has over 15 years' experience of advising on IT outsourcings (including transformation and change programmes), business process outsourcings and general commercial transactions across the insurance, financial services and central Government sectors. Kay also advises on privacy related matters.
Kay provides solution orientated, pragmatic and commercially driven advice. She understands the drivers and objectives behind a transaction and guides her clients through the complex commercial issues that should be considered.
Kay's advice has included advising on the procurement of and privacy issues surrounding the implementation of ERP systems, blockchain technologies, financial and accounting systems, HR and payroll systems and business as usual tech related agreements such as cloud agreements including SaaS and IaaS, support and maintenance agreements, software licences, design and build consultancy agreements.
