Examples of her experience include:
Drafting and advising Partnerships for Schools on property related provisions in standard “Building Schools for the Future” documentation including developing a suite of standard documents to integrate Voluntary Aided schools into the BSF programme;
Advising a number of local authorities on the property aspects of their BSF projects, including the approach to take on title issues;
Advising the Trustees of a voluntary controlled school in relation to the disposal of the existing school site and the acquisition of a new site;
Advising the Department of Health on a major redevelopment scheme, including advice relating to site assembly and overage;
Advising the Primary Care Trusts on Liverpool and Bradford LIFT projects;
Advising United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust on a major residential scheme for key hospital workers;
Advising United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust on the property aspects relating to the provision of a sterile services unit from Lincoln County Hospital as part of the National Decontamination Services Project;
Advising Foundation, NHS and Primary Care Trusts on all aspects of their freehold and leasehold property portfolios including management issues arising out of their property portfolio, and Estatecode compliance;
Advising Her Majesty’s Courts Service in relation to the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold properties; occupational leases and licences; other management issues;
Advising a major national retailer on their property development transactions;
