Regulatory advice to UK and international insurers including on the Retail Distribution Review, financial promotions, business names, client assets, changes of control, passporting, the approved persons regime, corporate governance, the regulatory perimeter and FSA investigations.
He is company secretary of the Association of Professional Financial Advisers.
