Graham is a Chartered Secretary (FCIS) with significant board-level experience, advising on all aspects of corporate and quality governance, regulatory compliance and risk management in the NHS, social housing and commercial sectors.
He provides strategic governance advice to chairs and chief executives, as well as leading governance reviews and board evaluations, and providing training and development for directors and company secretaries.
Before joining the firm in 2013, Graham was Company Secretary of Western Sussex Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust for three years, where from the start he was part of the team that delivered Foundation Trust authorisation, and where he was responsible for all aspects of support to the board and committees, as well as areas such as strategic risk management.
From 2005 to 2010, Graham was Company Secretary of Peabody, a large London-based housing association where he supported the Board of the Association and its subsidiary companies, and was responsible for regulatory compliance arrangements, information governance and other areas.
Graham is a Governor of a sixth form college in West Sussex. He is also a mentor.
