Francisco Aravena

Francisco forms part of the Litigation Department, focusing his practice on civil, commercial and employment litigation, before both ordinary courts and arbitration tribunals, as well as in all kind of dispute resolution procedures.

His experience includes, specially, representing insurers and insured persons, by appointment of the former, in all kind of matters: civil liability, employment procedures and policy coverage disputes.

Francisco qualified in 2014, joining DAC Beachcroft in 2021.
