Faareen Ali

Faareen has over three years’ experience in civil litigation with a focus on personal injury litigation and motor claims (including credit hire). Faareen receives instructions from some of the country’s leading insurers.

Faareen accepts a wide range of drafting instructions in her areas of practice. She is happy to provide training to clients and has participated in a plethora of mock trials so far.

Faareen worked as an independent advocate for several years where she represented some leading financial institutions. She has prior experience of representing clients in insolvency, bankruptcy, landlord and tenant, debt enforcement action, contractual disputes, and possession hearings.

Before coming to the bar, she was a self-employed contractor to major banks in the UK where she was responsible for dispute resolution. She has since founded an online legal publishing company in the UK and has received numerous business awards.

Her business experience has equipped her with strong business acumen and an ability to understand and manage client expectations. She has a key eye for detail and is known to put clients at ease and provide pragmatic advice.
